Founder & Head Résumé Writer
Ezra was inspired to found Beat the Bots Résumé after his own tough experiences with the job search process after leaving active duty Naval service.
He realized the main barrier for most applicants was that most résumés are not formatted to bypass ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and most résumés never reach human recruiters.
His mission is to empower job seekers, particularly those with non-traditional career paths, by teaching them how to craft résumés that stand out. He provides personalized career coaching and résumé writing services, with a keen understanding of how the many intersections of identity can influence one's career journey.
Ezra's expertise is backed by over a decade of experience across both blue and white-collar industries, shaping his approach to mentorship, education, and community building.
Brianna-Lynn (She/Her)
Digital Media Manager & Résumé Writer
Brianna-Lynn is a former client of Beat the Bots. You can check out her old résumé here. At the time, she was unhappily working at a fast food restaurant, despite having some college experience. After getting her formatting fixed, she was able to land a much better job in an office, with no additional education.
Now, she manages Beat the Bots’ social media, plans and promotes events, teaches workshops, and writes résumés too.
Brianna-Lynn is passionate about disability advocacy and labor education.
She is an educator, facilitator, public speaker, comedian, actor, model, and real-life ambulatory wheelchair using Barbie.
